- The Promoter of the offer is Dishoom Limited, Suite 5, 7th Floor 50 Broadway, London SW1H 0DB (Dishoom).
- The Matka Promotion is only open to those aged 18 or over.
- The Promotion runs until 6PM every Monday to Friday (Promotion Period) at all Dishooms and Permit Rooms.
- To play, a guest must be in possession of a registered Dishoom or Permit Room Matka token before their visit. Matka tokens are available from Dishoom and Permit Room cafés on request from a member of our team, subject to availability. Just ask – no purchase necessary.
- The Promotion is open to all guests, up to a maximum of 12 in a party / booking.
- The registered Matka token must be presented to the server at the time the party's bill is requested after finishing the meal. One roll only per party / booking.
- If a six is rolled the entire party’s / booking's meal is free.
- Even if your meal is on Dishoom, we encourage you to reward your server by paying the service charge.
- The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
- The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
- Dishoom will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Dishoom seeks to run a fair Promotion. If a guest(s) does not act fairly, is dishonest, breaches or is not entitled under these Terms & Conditions, Dishoom reserves the right to refuse to allow either a roll of the dice, and/or to award a free meal.
- By presenting your registered Matka token, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
- In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
- Dishoom reserves the right to suspend, cancel, modify or withdraw this Promotion.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
